Team from Swayam Siddha bags 2nd prize in Sand Sculpture competition
In a sand sculpting competition for disabled children held by Giants Welfare Foundation, Chowpatty, the team from Swayam Siddha bagged second prize and made us proud!
Giants Welfare Foundation is an international organisation that supports various causes for societal welfare.
The foundation held a special sand sculpting competition event for disabled children in Juhu Chowpatty beach. Swayam Siddha Society also received an invite for participation. A total of 10 teams from special schools & other non-profits participated. Swayam Siddha team won the 2nd prize for making 12 beautiful Jyotirlings on sand. All our members & their parents are thrilled by the victory.
Post the event, our members also enjoyed a dip in the cool waters of Arabian Sea on Juhu Chowpatty shore.
Overall, it was quite an eventful day. The day out on the beach broke the routine & gave an enriching experience to our members. The team also made new friends and promised to keep in touch in future.
